RES-8781 Vacating Easement at 1620 N Tustin StreetRESOLUTION NO. 8781 r- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AT 1620 NORTH TUSTIN STREET. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orange is authorized to summarily vacate a public service easement pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council finds and determines as follows: 1. That the public service easement described on the attached Exhibit "A" has not been used for the purpose for which it was dedicated. 2. That there are no in place public utility facilities that are in use with the subject easement. 3. That from and after the date this resolution is recorded, the subject easement shall no longer constitute a public service easement. 4. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested under seal, to be recorded without acknowledgment, in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
