A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 98-
9ADJUS'fING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN REAL
PitOPERTY SITUATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
MAIN STREET AND TOWN & COUNTRY ROAD IN THE CITY
OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
IN EXHIBITS "A" AND "
B".WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for
the City Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from
one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than
originally existed is not thereby created;
and,WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code
Sections16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot
line adjustment;

reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 98-9
and have made a finding that the real property described as the northeast corner of Main
Street and Town & Country Road in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California,
copies of which exhibits are on file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director
of Public Works of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision
Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, mducting the requiremems
iorbuiiciing sites; ana,WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section
of the Department of Public Works and the Staff Review Committee have made
the following findings:1. That the proposal
is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the
Subdivision Map Act;2. That the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act have been p:i,et;3,
Thatthe proposal
is consistent with the Ceneral Plan; and 4. That the resultant
parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Orange concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 98-
9 as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that the applicable property lines
are adjusted upon recordation of this document and the recordation of the necessary grant
deeds making the adjustment in conformance with this approval;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including Exhibits A and
B,shall be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder,ADOPTED this 25th day of August , 1')
