The orange Redevelopment Agency of the city of Orange, California,
convened this 17th day of December, 1991 at 3:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers. 300 E. Chapman Avenue. Oranqe. California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES Director spurgeon
announced the Redevelopment Agency members had voted
unanimously on the Consent Calendar of the December 10, 1991
Agenda. It was noted that before Item 2.3 was approved, Director
Spurgeon requested that it be directed back to the
City Attorney for his recommendation and review.MOTION - spurgeon

rescind the prior action taken on
December 10, 1991 for Item 2.3 of the Consent Calendar,
and refer it to the City Attorney for review and recommendation, returning to the
Agency on January 21, 1992.Discussion ensued relative
to the Agency having a
desire to have competitive situations with the consulting attorneys.There
is an 18% increase in this contract
over the previous contract, which should be reviewed, with budget constraints
in mind.2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of
Clerk
of the Orange
Redevelopment Agency,Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment
Agency Agenda of regular meeting of December 17,
1991, at Orange Civic center, Main Library, the Police Facility
at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board;
all of said locations being in the city of Orange and
freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours
before cowmencement of said regular meeting.Page 1

2.1 Accepted Declaration of Agenda Posting and authorized its
retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency
Clerk.

of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving an agreement for
sale of property, leases and related documents pertaining to
1515 East Walnut Avenue and authorizing the execution of said
