NOVEMBER 12, 1991
The orange Redevelopment Agency of the city of Orange, California,
convened this 12th day of November, 1991 at 3:00 P.M. in a Regular
Meeting in the council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.

Batavia and the Eisenhower Park BUlletin Board; all of said
locations being in the city of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement
of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agenda Posting and
authorized its retention as a
public record in the Office of the Agency

authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount

2.4 Request authorization to approve First Time Homebuyer Loan and
authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount
of $18,400.00, Case No. 270. (RC2500.G.l)
ACTION: Approved.
2.5 Request authorization to allocate funds and to execute a
contract to Prizio and Prizio for the demolition of the
existing improvements, remediation of asbestos and
construction of offices for the Economic Development Division
at the Bay View Bank building at a cost of $773,227.
