Chapman Avenue, Oranqe. California. 1. ROLL CALL PRESENT - steiner, Barrera, Chairman Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon ABSENT - None 1.1 APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting - July 16, 1991 MOTION - Spurgeon SECOND - Barrera AYES - steiner, Barrera, Chairman Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon ACTION: Approved.Regular Meeting - July 23, 1991 MOTION - Barrera SECOND - Chairman Beyer AYES - Steiner, Barrera, Chairman Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon ACTION: Approved. 2.CONSENT CALENDAR TAPE 2039 2.1 Declaration of Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of August 13, 1991, at Orange civic Center, Main Library, the New Police Facility at 1107 N.Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agenda Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request authorization to approve First Time Homebuyer Loan and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount of $22,500. (RC2500.G.1) ACTION: Approved. Greek, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 64 27 01 b. To confer with its attorney regarding potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) (1).c.
