JULY 16, 1991
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California
convened this 16th day of July, 1991 at 3:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers. 300 E. Chapman Avenue. Oranqe. California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR
2.1 Declaration
of Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency,Marilyn J. Jensen,
declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of
regular meeting of July 16, 1991, at the City of Orange,
Main Library, the New Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and
the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being
in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members
of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said
regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration
of Agenda posting and authorized its retention
as a public record in the office of the Agency Clerk.
2.2 Consider
authorizing the Executive Director to execute a contract with Sheriday
Design Group for architectural and design services for
the Bay View renovation, at a cost not to exceed $44,000.

3 Consider
acceptance of the final completion of a certain public work and
improvement as outlined in City Council Resolution No. 7852.
Bid No. 901-33; Underground Utility District No.
11; Glassell Street from Almond Avenue to 22 Freeway, Pacific

9. ADJOURNMENT
The Orange Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 3:30 P.M. to a joint
study session with the City Council and the City/Chamber Marketing
Committee on July 17, 1991 at 7:30 A.M. in the Weimer Room.
