MAY 21, 1991
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California
convened this 21st day of May, 1991 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers. 300 E. Chapman Avenue. Oranqe. California.

520 2.1 Declaration of
Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency,Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring
posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular
meeting of May 21, 1991, at the City of Orange, Main Library,
the New Police Facility at 1107 N.Batavia and the Eisenhower
Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the
City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the pUblic
at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION:
Accepted Declaration of
Agenda posting and authorized its retention as a
public record in the office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request
authorization
to approve first time homebuyer loan for Michael & Patricia Drummy and
authorize the city Treasurer to prepare a check in
the amount of $22,500. (RC2500.G.l)ACTION: Approved.Discussion: Council
questioned the
reason for publicizing the names of the people
requesting home loans. It was felt even though this is a
matter of public record, it was felt that their names shoUld not
be placed on the agenda or advertised on cable television.MOTION SECOND
