MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
ORANGE, CALIFORNIA
December 15, 1992
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on December 15,
1992 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.

Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of
Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of December 15, 1992,at Orange
Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park
Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION:
Accepted
Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in
the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2
Approve the execution of a contract with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc., as Consultant to the Orange Redevelopment
Agency for the preparations of a Seven- Year Economic Development Plan - Contract
amount not to exceed $34,200.00. (RA2100.0.Agr 2047)FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient
funds are budgeted in the following accounts: Tustin Street,Fund 910, Southwest
Project 920, and Northwest 930 (Other Professional and Consulting Services)ACTION: Approved.

regarding potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).c. To
consider and take possible
action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director, or Agency
Members prior to such recess unless the motion to recess indicates any of the matters
will not be considered in closed session.NOTE: The City Attorney announced in
reference to item number a., there are negotiations with Joe Rich, Rich Development, location, southeast corner
