The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City .of Orange, California convened on November 17, 1992
at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council' Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.

Agency Agenda ofregular meeting of November 17, 1992, at Orange Civic Center Main
Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all
of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public
at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of
Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of
the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request to
approve the execution ofloan documents for a Rehabilitation Loan of $30,000.00 -Tustin Street Loan Program and
sign a grant for $10,000.00 for Richard T. Pitts, property: 1045 N. Tustin Street, Orange (formerly
Gibralter Savings and Loan), Loan No. 300-1092-002-20015.RC2500Gl.2)
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are budgeted in Fund 912, Tustin Street Loan and Grant Program.ACTION: Approved.
