(RA2100.0 AGR-1946.2)FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in Fund 924 (Southwest Project Area). No additional appropriation required.ACTION: Approved.REMOVED AND HEARD SEPARATELY.)2.4 Request the Agency Board, by motion, in conjunction with the Civic Center Improvement project from Account No. 924-9811-481200-9808 (Civic Center Expansion): (RP2500.0.5) 1) Confirm the City Manager's authorization of Change Orders totaling $11,834 and;2) Authorize an additional not to exceed amount of $32,000 for Change Order #3 and;3) Authorize $23,000 to remodel existing Civic Center restrooms.FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in Fund 924. ORA-0256 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency confirming and renewing the Rental Assistance Program for mobile home park residents of the City of Orange and making certain findings and appropriating funds in connection therewith. PUBLIC HEARINGS 9.1 JOINT PUBLIC HEARING, ANNUAL MEETING, ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: (R3500.0) Time set for a joint public hearing regarding the Orange Redevelopment Agency's Annual Meeting. Councilman Spurgeon asked the Executive Director to inform the public how much the State has taken from the Redevelopment Agency. The Executive Director reported that amount is $1.6 million. Councilwoman Coontz asked about the Housing Needs Assessment Study. It was reported they are talking about present and future development, and not where needs are derived. CHAIRMAN BEYER OPENED THE PUBLIC HEARING. THERE BEING NO SPEAKERS, THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION NO. ORA- 0257 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving and authorizing the transmittal and filing of the Annual Report of the Agency.
