Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT Steiner, Barrera, Mayor Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon None 1. 1 APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2. CONSENT CALENDAR - Tape 1000 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn 1. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of October 20, 1992, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.REMOVED AND HEARD SEPARATELY)2.2 Authorize and approve the award of Bid 923-06 to refurbish the Orange Redevelopment Agency Roofin the amount of $45,077.00 to Nelson Roofing. (RA2100.0 AGR-2026) FISCAL IMPACT: $45,077 is budgeted in Southwest and Northwest Redevelopment Project for this project. Council questioned why this was not included in the original remodeling job. The Executive Director indicated this was budgeted and planned as routine maintenance. Case #547. (C2500.G.1.3.2)FISCALIMPACT: $5, 000 is budgeted in Southwest Redevelopment Project Area Funds for this project.ACTION: Approved. 2. 5 Request authorization to approve a Code Enforcement Grant and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount of $5,000. Case # 542. (C2500.G.1.3.2)FISCAL IMPACT: $5, 000 is budgeted in Southwest Redevelopment Project Area Funds for this project.ACTION: Approved. 2. 6 Request authorization to approve a Code Enforcement Grant and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount of$5,000.00. Case # 525. (C2500.G.1.3.2)FISCAL IMPACT: $5, 000 is budgeted in Southwest Redevelopment Project Area Funds for this grant.ACTION: Approved.
