1992 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.

the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of
said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public
at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency

4.1 Recommendations of the Citizens Housing Task Force relating to the appropriation of
Housing set-aside. (OR1800.0.42.
1)Linda Boone, member of the task force reviewed the eight
policies.Bob Bennyhoff, 10642 Morada Dr., inquired how the task force intends to assist the homeless
with taxpayers money. Ms. Boone remarked the committee did not get into specifics, but felt a
non-profit group could go to Redevelopment Agency to consider transitional centers and group housing
for
the
homeless.
