Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT 3:00 P.M. ORA-0253 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving option agreements to purchase the Walnut Parcel A and Pixley Parcel B and authorizing execution of said agreements and related matters.RA2100.0 AGR-I923.A)Walnut Parcel A: 1515 E. Walnut Pixley Parcel B: Northeast comer of Pixley St. & Almond Ave.MOTION SECOND AYES Steiner Barrera Steiner, Barrera, Chairman Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon That Resolution No. ORA-0253 as introduced be adopted and same was passed and adopted by the preceding vote.8. ORAL PRESENTATIONS Bob Bennyhoff, 10642 Morada Drive, asked about the Civic Center improvements. He understood the Redevelopment Agency was only paying a portion of the improvements. The City Manager indicated the Agency was funding about 28% of the improvements, but their portion was funded up front. Council asked for an updated report on the improvements, costs and what is included, as soon as possible.PAGE 2 ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES September 8, 1992 8. ORAL PRESENTATIONS (Continued) Larry Bonham addressed the Agency regarding the cost of creating an unhealthy environment to society. A._.** RECESS The Orange Redevelopment Agency recessed to a Closed Session for the following purposes: a. To give instructions to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. b. To confer with its attorney regarding potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(I). c. To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director, or Agency Members prior to such recess unless the motion to recess indicates any of the matters will not be considered in closed session.
