CONSENT CALENDAR - Tape 885 2. 1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn 1. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of August 11, 1992, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.REMOVED AND HEARD SEPARATELY.)2.2 Request approval of the appointment of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth as Bond Counsel:refunding of Southwest Project Area Taxable Notes at $lO. OM and Tax Exempt Notes at IO.OM; and, refunding of Northwest Project Area Taxable Note issues at $5.0-M and $4.0M and Tax Exempt Notes issue at $8.0M. Case #334. (RC2500.G.1)FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are budgeted in Account #913-9804-465701- 9104.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Request approval ofletter of financial support to the State Tax Credit Allocation Committee TCAC) for the OHDC Walnut-Pixley Project. (RA2100. 0 AGR-1924) FISCAL IMPACT: None.ACTION: Authorized Chairman to sign and transmit letter on behalf of the Agency. MOTION SECOND AYES Spurgeon Coontz Steiner, Barrera, Mayor Beyer, Coontz, Spurgeon Item 2.2 was removed and heard separately. All other items on the Consent Calendar were approved as recommended. LEGAL AFFAIRS - None PAGE 2 T ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES August 11, 1992 8. ORAL PRESENTATIONS Alice Clark, 205 N. Pine Street, asked for clarification on the location of the Walnut-Pixley project in item 2.4 of the Consent Calendar. The Executive Director clarified it was two locations. RECESS The Orange Redevelopment Agency recessed to a Closed Session for the following purposes:a. To give instructions to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease ofreal property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956. 8.b. To confer with its attorney regarding potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)( I).c. To confer with its attorney to decide whether to initiate litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9( c).d. To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director, or Agency Members prior to such recess unless the motion to recess indicates any of the matters will not be considered in closed session.
