ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING ORANGE, CALIFORNIA July 21, 1992 The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on July 21, 1992 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT - Barrera, Chairman Beyer, Coontz ABSENT - Steiner, Spurgeon NOTE: Councilman Spurgeon arrived at 5:20 p.m.1.1 APPROVALOF MINUTES - None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR - Tape 4248 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting ofJuly 21, 1992, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request to authorize a change order in the amount of $76,848.62 for data/voice cabling costs from Account No. 924- 9811-481200-9808 in conjunction with the Civic Center Improvement Project. ORA- 0249 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of subordinated taxable tax allocation refunding notes in an amount of not to exceed seven million six hundred thousand ($7,600,000) for the Tustin Street Redevelopment Project, approving the form of Indenture of Trust, Bond Purchase Agreement and Preliminary Official Statement. I JOINT PUBLIC HEARING, DISPOSITION OF THE QUEEN ANNE HOUSE;Time set for a joint public hearing with the City Council to consider the disposition of the Queen Anne House to Mr. Donald A. LeJeune pursuant to a proposed sales agreement by and between the Orange Redevelopment Agency and Mr. Donald A. LeJeune. LeJeune, authorize the Executive Director of execute the sales agreement; and reject all other bids received either orally or in writing.10.
