1992 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Charnbers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,

9. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
Report from the Director of Comrnunity Development regarding the Technical and Financial
Programs for Seismic Retrofitting of Unrein forced Masonry Buildings. (See Council Minutes,
Item 13.2) (C2500.GA)
NOTE: Director Barrera disqualified himself, due to a financial conflict of interest. He holds
a position on the Board of Directors of Orange National Bank, which occupies the building
that will be affected by any decision in connection with unreinforced masonry. That decision
may require the bank to undergo major construction. It is reasonably foreseeable that the
decision would have a material financial affect on the Orange National Bank, which is a
source of his income.
