CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE

and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange MunicipalCodeSections16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed fortheapprovalofsaidlotlineadjustment;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of PublicWorksandtheStaffReviewCommitteehavereviewedandrecommendedapprovalofLotLineAdjustmentNo. LL 99-1 and have made a finding that therealpropertydescribedas2000BlockEastTaftAvenueintheCityofOrange, County of Orange, State of California, copies of which exhibits are on file in boththeofficesoftheCityClerkandtheDirectorofPublicWorksoftheCityofOrange,complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map ActandallapplicableCityofOrangeordinancesandregulations, includingtherequirementsforbuilding
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department ofPublicWorksandtheStaffReviewCommitteehavemadethe
following findings:I. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a
lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 oftheSubdivision
Map Act;2. That the requirements ofthe CaliforniaEnvironmentalQualityActhave
been met;3. That the proposal is consistent with the General
Plan; and 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements
of the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT J;'URTHKR RKSOLVKD that the proposed Lot Lme Adjustment
No. LL 99-1 as shown on Exhibits A and B be approved, and a prior
or concurrent recordation of a deed establishing title in conformity with said
parcel be executed;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recordation, including
Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
recorder.ADOPTED this 9th day of November,
