RES-9090 Lot Line Adjustment Approval No. LL-98-14RESOLUTION NO. 9090 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL- 98-14 ADJUSTING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT 3348 EAST LONGRlDGE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, OWNERS:Lawrence and Andrea Tumbleson WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for lhe Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Mlmicipal Code Sections 16.32.010 et set., whicnPlovill\:": Llit: pnJ\;cuurc l,{.i Ul..~ [~.11v'.VcJ. furth~ ;.;t:;-,-:y::t! ~;.f~~i~ !:~line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works and the Staff Review Cornmittee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 98-14 and have made a finding that the real property described as 3348 E. Longridge Drive in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, Gopies of which exhibits are on file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works and the Staff Review Committee have made the following findings: I) That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act: 2) That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met: 3) That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4) That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code. SHEET 4 OF 5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby oncurs in the above findings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 98-14 as shown on Exhibits A and B be approved, and a prior or concurrent recordation of a deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be executed; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including Exhibits A and llJ, shall be recorded in the Office ofthe Orange County Recorder.ADOPTED this ~ day of &nil, 1999.
