Chairman Yarger left the meeting, Vice-Chairman Fortier will act as Chairman for the remaining items on
the Agenda.

I'd like to thank the staff for their help on the traffic signal at Santiago Canyon Dr. and
Newport Blvd.
Commissioner Gibson - Is it possible to take down a couple rows of bricks down so you can see
from both perspectives?
Dennis Schmitz-The Homeowner's As$oc. requested the wall be heightened for sound purposes
so I down that would be possible.

1. I°d like to go on the record requesting that you check into the possibi�ity of putting in
some medians in on Santiago Canyon Rd. When motorists are coming down from
Kennymeade it is an opportunity to hit someone in a left-tum lane either going into
Windes or Meads.
2. Early in September I met with Harry Thomas, Stan Gable and Steve Ames. I made very
clear there was a problem, they all agreed there was a problem. Problems in front of EI
Modena High School. _
Chairman Fortier-We could have a study made.
Dennis Schmitz-We can place this on the Agenda for next month°s CTC meeting.
Mara Brandman - So it will be on the agenda and staff will have already conducted a
study?
Dennis Schmitz-Yes.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
Discussion of today's Agenda items for the CTC being complete, and there being no further
requests for action under Oral Presentations, The Chairman adjoumed this session of the CTC.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the CTC will be held on March 13, 1996.
