STOP sign at Handy/Quincy and Handy/Monroe.
Hamid Bahadori. Manager Transportation Services - Your decision against the
installation of two "All-Way" STOP signs at the intersections of Handy/Quincy and
Handy/Monroe was appealed to the City Council, who approved the installation of two

probably until March, 2000 and at that time they will be reevaluated.
Chirman Yarer- I would like to make a recommendation on that. I would really like to
see in March that we thoroughly look at that situation to determine if the speeding, if
any, has been reduced, by how much, if at allo .
