RES-9324 Lot Line Adjustment Approval No LL-2000-05RESOLUTION NO. 9324 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL-2000-05 ADJUSTING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 203-257 S. MAIN STREET. LOTS 1,3,5,7,9 AND 11 OF TRACT 609 IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.OWNERS: Sunburst, LLC c/o Zabed Meyer Engineering, Inc.WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code Sections 16.32.010 et set., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2000-05 and have made a fInding that the real property described as 20J-257 S. Main Street, Lots 1,3,5,7,9,11 and13 of Tract 609 in the City of Orange,County of Orange, State of California, copies of which exhibits are on file in both the offi,;;es of the City Clerk and the Public Works DirectorlCity Engineer of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the Stall Review Committee have made the following findings:r,1) That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;2) That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met;3) That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4) That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council herebyconcursintheabovefindings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL _,2000-05 as shown on Exhibits A and B be approved, and a prior orconcurrentrecordationofadeedestablishingtitleinconformitywithsaidparcelbeexecuted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including Exhibits AandB, shall be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2000.
