Public Comments
Josh Perez, 651 North Orange, questioned if the Church had plans to build a second story?
Chairman Bosch's understanding from reading the staff report is that there have been basic plan
approvals via the County of Orange, the current jurisdiction of the Church. Certain work has been done
and there are plans for more site work in the Spring, 1994 in preparation for construction of the new
worship center. He did not know if there would be a second story. He encouraged Mr. Perez to speak
with Mr. Hayden after the meeting to develop a neighborly relationship.
The public hearing was closed.
Moved by Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Cathcart to recommend to the City Council
to approve Pre-Zone Change 1168-93.
