Bosch said they would look for adequate representation at the 8/21/95meeting with the necessary
preparation for a public hearing. A number pt letters have been received and the Commission
wanted everyone to have a fair chance to be heard.

GP CONFORMANCE DETERMINATION Annual review and recommendation to City Coundl on Capttal ImprovementsProgramConformancewith
the General Plan.Scctt Morgan, City Manager's Office, presented the 7-year Capital
Improvement Program, which the Commission, by law, was to review for conformance to the General Plan.
PlanMng staff identttied one project that needs to be made to conform prior to spending money on the project. That is, 1998-99 for Fire Station #t3. It is already shown on the General Plan as "Publk Fadltties", but the Rte Station symbd needs to be shown in order for that project to be in

Moved by Commissioner Cathcart, seconded by Commissioner Pruett, to recommend to the City
Council that the 1995-96 Capital Impprroovements Program fe found to be consistent with the City
of General Plan, except for proposed Rre Station #r8 -Project 2t380N; and further, that the General
Plan amended before funds are expended on proposed Rre Station +1'
