AYES: Commissioners Bosch, Cathcart, Pruett, Walters NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Smith MOTION CARRIED IN RE: MISCELLANEOUS STATUS REPORT FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE -ORDINANCE AMENDMENT 4-93, ZONE CHANGE 1166-93 - CITY OF ORANGE Mr. Godlewski reported on the update of Title 17 revisions, as well as the revisions to the Historic Preservation Standards for Old Towne. Staff was to let the Planning Commission know when the completed draft document would be available for public review. Staff believed they could get that document done, published and available to the public by February 10, 1994. He asked how much time the public and Planning Commission needed to review the document before a public hearing was set to discuss the final draft for that document? This will be the first time the Commission will see the entire document together in one place; it will be in two documents -- the Zoning Ordinance and the Historic Preservation Guidelines, which is an appendix. Moved by Commissioner Walters, seconded by Commissioner to continue the public hearing regarding Ordinance Amendment 4-93 and Zone Change 1166-93 until March 7, 1994, which should give enough public review time prior to the hearing. AYES: Commissioners Bosch, Cathcart, Pruett, Walters NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Smith MOTION CARRIED IN RE: ADJOURNMENT Moved by Commissioner Cathcart, seconded by Commissioner Walters, to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting, February 7, 1994.
