A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL-
2001-09 ADJUSTING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 6775 BOSCANA COURT,
LOT 82 AND 6781 BOSCANA COURT, LOT 83 0.1<' TRACT
NO.15695 IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF
ORANGE,STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.OWNERS: Centex Homes, A General
Partnership Derek S. and Rosalie A.
Brown WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions
for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from
one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels
than originally existed is not thereby created;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code
Sections 16.32.010 et set., which provide the procedure to be followed for the app"oval of said
lot line adjustment;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and
the Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot
Line Adjustment No. LL 2001-09 and have made a finding that the real property
described as 6775 Boscana Court, Lot 82 of Tract 15695 and 6681 Boscana Court, Lot 83
of Tract 15695 in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, copies
of which exhibits are on file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the
Public Works Director/City Engineer of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions
of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange
ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department
and the Staff Review Committee have made the
following findings:1) That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment
pursuant to ection 66412 of the Subdivision
Map Act;2) That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act
have
been met;3) That the proposal is consistent with the General
Plan; and 4) That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements ofthe
Zoning Code.PAGE 6
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in thO" ahove fin{1.ings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL
2001-09 as shown on Exhibits A and R hI' "pproved, and ~ prier or CO:;Cw'
TCilt recordation of a deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be executed;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including Exhibits A
and B, shall be recorded in the Office ofthe Orange County
