in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least
72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of agenda

The Joint Work Study
Session with the Planning Commission to review the proposed comprehensive zoning ordinance with focus
on Commercial Districts was presented. Problems in Commercial Districts
which have Residential Districts directly behind, such as Shangrila,
Ozzies on Katella, were discussed.The general consensus agreed to eliminate
the CP Zone; the CTR zone was favored to change to C1 with
a Conditional Use Permit required.7. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER - None
