1. Establish speed limits for the recently constructed segments of Serrano Ave. in
accordance with Section 10.14.050 of the Orange Municipaf Code.

2. Request for the implementation of protected left-turn phasing at the intersection of
Chapman Ave. and Malena St.

After discussion of today's Agenda items of the City Traffic Commission was concluded, and
as there were no further requests for action under Oral Presentations, the Chairman
adjourned this session of the City Traffic Commission at 5:40 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the City Traffic Commission is scheduled for Wednesday—
March 12, 2003 at 5:30 p.m.
