The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on October 12,
1993 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being
in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours
before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized
its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.

2.3 Request the Agency Board appropriate $51,000,00 to re-roofthe Finance Building at City
Hall.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds in the amount of$51,OOO.00 to be appropriated to Account #
920-9811-475100-?808, which is Capital Outlay for Civic
Center Improvements.Discussion: The Building Services Supervisor was asked to explain why this was necessary
at this time, and did not occur during the remodeling phase. It was explained this type of
maintenance is not budgeted and prioritized on an as
needed basis.The Director of Community Services indicated an automated computer system is
in progress which will highlight maintenance areas that need repair, and also make
budget
projections.

three project
areas,ACTION: Approved,2.5 Request approval of and authorization to contract with LSA Associates, Inc.
to prepare an environmental impact report for Northwest Redevelopment
Area Specific Plan.FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funding has been appropriated and is available
for this purpose under
Account No.
930-9821-426700-9171.ACTION: Approyed.2.6 Request authorization to approve First-Time
Homebuyer Loan and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check
in the amount of$14,250.00.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds
are available in Account No. 913-9804-465701-9104 (First-Time Homebuyer Funds) for
Case #386.
