The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on October 7,
1993 at 6:00 p.m. in an Adjourned Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California.

Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of an adjourned regular meeting of October 7,1993, at
Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park
Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION:
Accept
Declaration of Agency Posting and authorize its retention as a public record in the Office

After making a finding pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 that the need arose after the
posting of the agenda to meet in closed session for the purpose of giving instructions to its propertynegotiatorregardingrealpropertyonMainStreetbetweenLaVetaandCulverAvenue, owned by ReginaFulton, the Orange Redevelopment Agency, in accordance with Government Code Section 54956.8,
recessed to closed session at 6:30 P.M. for such purpose,
