RECESS
The Orange Redevelopment Agency recessed to a Closed Session for the following purpose:
a. To give instructions to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real
property at the west side of Main Street between Almond and Palmyra, negotiating with Roger Miller and
David Wilson, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
