Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT Spurgeon, Barrera, Beyer, Coontz, Murphy None 1.1 APPROVALOF MINUTES - None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting ofJuly 20, 1993, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request the Agency Board of Directors approve the Loan and Sign Grant for Steven A. Nelson Trust, Glen R. Nelson Trust, and Russell Nelson Trust; property located at 821-843 N. Tustin Street, Orange, California, also known as Lomita Square. (RC2500.G.1.2)FISCAL IMP ACT: Sufficient funds have been appropriated in Account No. 912-0000-840000- 0000 (Tustin Street Loan) and Account No. 912-9803-765802- 9110 (Grant Funds).
