CALENDAR 3. REPORTS FROM
DIRECTORS Director Coontz commented, when the agreement with TRW was approved last
September,Council had requested a six month status report, which was due Mid-March of this year.
It is important that the schedule be followed. The Agency revenue preservation and
the annual city revenue preservation were a basis for the TRW decision. This involved the
tax increment projections, the question of whether TRW remained in the City or left, what this would
do to the tax increment revenue and, the estimated base sales tax with TRW remaining or if
it
was relocating?Chairman Beyer directed the Economic Development Manager to provide
the requested report and include the number of employees currently working
at TRW.4. REPORTS FROM BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS -
