Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen,declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of April 13, 1993, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N.Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.PAGE 1 ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES April 13, 1993 2. CONSENT CALENDAR (Continued) 2.2 Request to approve payments for plan check fees to purchase reports under Phase I of the Seismic Engineering Report Purchase Program. FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in Account Number 928- 9815-465802-9153 (Rehabilitation Grants- Seismic Loan Program).ACTION: Approved.2.3 Request to approve the execution of loan documents to restructure an existing loan under the Tustin Street Loan and Grant Program for ICIL- Tustin, a Limited California partnership for properties located at the southwest comer of Tustin Street and Katella Avenue.FISCAL IMPACT: None. No additional funds will beexpended.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Request authorization to approve a Code Enforcement Grant and authorize the Finance Department to prepare a check in the amount of $5,000.00.FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in Fund Number 921-9812-765802- 9107 (Code Enforcement Grant). Case #549.ACTION: Approved.2.5 Request authorization to approve First- Time Homebuyer Loan and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount of $20,800.00.FISCAL IMP ACT: Sufficient funds are available in Fund Number 913-9804-465701-9104 (First- Time Homebuyer Funds). Case # 357. Detail number 23078 has been assigned to this loan.ACTION: Approved.2.6 Request authorization to approve First-Time Homebuyer Loan and authorize the City Treasurer to prepare a check in the amount of $19,800. 00.FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in Account Number 913- 9804-465701-9104 (First- Time Homebuyer Funds). To give instructions to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. b. To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director or Agency Members prior to such recess, unless the motion to recess indicates any other matters will not be considered in Closed Session.
