The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on March 9,
1993 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

Agenda of regular meeting of March 9, 1993, at Orange Civic
Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N.Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin
Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION:
Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting
and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of
the Agency Clerk.2.2 Recommendation that the Orange
Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors approve modifications to the Unreinforced Masonry Program -

FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the budget. Sufficient funds are available in
Account No. 928-9815-465802-9153 (Rehabilitation Grants - Seismic
Loan Program).
ACTION: Approved.2.3 Recommendation that the Board of Directors of the Orange
Redevelopment Agency authorize the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute a contract
with McDermott Engineering Company to prepare Detailed Improvement Plans and
Engineered Cost Estimates for development of a Mobile Home Park northwest from
Prospect and Spring. (Not to Exceed $32,000.00 from Southwest
Housing Fund.)RA2100.0.
Agr.2066)FISCAL IMP ACT: The Board approved an initial appropriation of $25,000.
00 to Account No. 923-9814-46700-9892 for this project,
with the understanding that an adjustment may be needed once the RFP process
was completed. Approval of this request would require an additional appropriation of $7,
000.00
tothis account.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Request the Agency
Board of Directors, by motion,1. Confirm the Executive Director's authorization of $19,051.
00 in Change Orders and;2. Authorize an appropriation of currently budgeted funds in the
amount of $18,000.00 for Change Order #6 for miscellaneous
expenses, electrical, flooring, plumbing and ceiling

3.1 Request the Agency Board of Directors by motion, authorize an appropriation of
currently budgeted funds in the amount of $40,000.00 for Change Order #5 for changes
directed by the Agency Board of Directors and required modifications to the basement
area.(RA2100.0.Agr.1944)
NOTE: Originally discussed and approved on December 15,1992 City Council
Agenda. Similar action needs to take place on the Agency Agenda.
FISCAL IMPACT: None. Sufficient funds are budgeted for this project
