The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on September 20, 1994
at 3 :00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.

2.1 Declaration
of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange
Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of September 20, 1994, at Orange Civic Center
Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board;
all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the
public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration
of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office
of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request
approve for sign grant in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00 for Roy ParsonslRalph Sielaff Trust, located
at 504 W. Chapman Avenue, Orange. (Sign Grant Southwest Project Area)RC2500.G.1.
2)FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient
funds are available from the Southwest Project Area taxable notes for this purpose
to be appropriated to Account No. 922-9813-465801-0000.
ACTION: Approved.
2.3 Request Agency approve agreement with Municipal Resource Consultants (MRC) for expanded
revenue enhancement and economic development services. Further recommend that $50,000.00
be appropriated for the project from funds available in all three redevelopment areas.

FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Executive
Director remarked a report has
been compiled and will be sent to Agency Directors regarding the number of new businesses the
City has each year. This was requested by Vice-Director Barrera.The Executive Director reported on
the
status of the recruitment of the Economic Development Director.The two top candidates are being
