Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT 3:00 P.M. MOTION SECOND AYES ABSENT Murphy Barrera Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Beyer ACTION: Approved. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn 1. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of September 13, 1994, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Authorize Chairman and Director of Finance to draw warrants on Agency's Fiscal Agent in payment of demands.ACTION: Approved.r PAGE 1 ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES September 13, 1994 2. Detail number 23113 has been assigned tothis loan.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Request Agency approve corrections to1994/ 95 budget. (RC2500J.1.l)FISCAL IMPACT: Increase of$6,278.00 to General Operating Budget; increase of $34,000.00 to Water Enterprise Budget; reduction of$4,657.00 to Sanitation Enterprise Budget; and increase of$15,241.00 to Redevelopment Budget, for a total budget increase of$ 50,862.00. (See Council agenda item 2. 22.)
