The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on August 9, 1994 at
3 :00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.

2.1 Declaration
of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn 1. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange
Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of August 9, 1994, at Orange Civic Center
Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board;
all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the
public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration
of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office
of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Authorize
Chairman and Director of Finance to draw warrants on Agency's Fiscal Agent in payment of demands.

to discuss this item arose after the posting and of the Agenda.The City Manager reported
there is a need to expedite financing for the Orange Housing Development Corporation. The Walnut/
Pixley project has beencompleted. This resolution will allow the subordination of
the agreement.RESOLUTION NO. ORA-0279
A Resolution of
the Orange Redevelopment Agency authorizing and approving the execution of an agreement subordinating
affordability covenants to a deed of trust securing permanent financing in conjunction
with the housing developed pursuant to a Dispposition and Development Agreement, as amended,
with the Orange Housing Development Corporation (pixley and Almond; 1515 E.
