Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT 3:00 P.M. SESSION Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Chairman Beyer 1.1 APPROVALOF MINUTES Regular Meeting June 21, 1994.MOTION SECOND AYES ABSENT Murphy Coontz Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Beyer ACTION: Approved.Regular Meeting June 28, 1994.MOTION SECOND AYES ABSENT Murphy Coontz Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Beyer ACTION: Approved. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting ofJuly 12, 1994, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Authorize Chairman and Director of Finance to draw warrants on Agency's Fiscal Agent in payment of demands.ACTION: Approved.PAGE 1 ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES July 12, 1994 2. CONSENT CALENDAR (Continued) 2.3 Request authorization to approve First-Time Homebuyer Loan and authorize Fiscal Agent to prepare a warrant the amount of$18,700. 00.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds are available in Account No. 913- 9804-465701-9104 (First-Time Homebuyer Funds) for Case No. 418. Detail number 23110 has been assigned tothis loan.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Request authoriation to approve a Code Enforcement Grant and authorize the Fiscal Agent to prepare a warrant in the amount of$5,000.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds are available in Account No. 911-9802- 465802-9107 ( Code Enforcement Grant). Case No. 567. ACTION: Approved. MOTION SECOND AYES ABSENT Murphy Coontz Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Beyer All items on the Consent Calendar were approved as recommended. REPORTS FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Executive Director reported discussions are continuing with the Mills Corporation, an off-price firm interested in the City Shopping Center. ORA- 0278 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving the First Amendment to Disposition and Development Agreement between the Orange Redevelopment Agency and Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. MOTION SECOND AYES ABSENT Spurgeon Coontz Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy Beyer That Resolution No. ORA-0278 as introduced be adopted and same was passed and adopted by the preceding vote. 8.
