Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT- Spurgeon, Barrera, Beyer, Coontz, Murphy ABSENT - None 1. 1APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting February 8, 1994.MOTION - Spurgeon SECOND - Barrera AYES - Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy ABSTAINED - Beyer ACTION: Approved. Regular Meeting February 15, 1994. MOTION - Murphy SECOND - Barrera AYES - Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz, Murphy ABSTAINED - Beyer ACTION: Approved.2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2. 1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of February 22, 1994, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Authorize Chairman and Director of Finance to draw warrants on Agency's Fiscal Agent in payment of demands. ACTION: Approved and authorized them to be entered into design competitions, with entrance fees and expenses to be paid from surplus photography funds. To give instructions to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. The following property was discussed: 393 S.Tustin, Dennis MacAllister, on behalf ofthe owner, The Reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints Item b was deleted.c. To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director or Agency Members prior to such recess, unless the motion to recess indicates any other matters will not be considered in Closed Session.10.
