The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on February 15,
1994 at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaringpostingofOrangeRedevelopmentAgencyAgendaofregularmeetingofFebruary15, 1994, at
Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower
Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.
ACTION: Accept Declaration of Agency Posting and authorize its retention as a public record intheOfficeoftheAgencyClerk.

at 4:25 P.M.The Orange Redevelopment Agency
recessed at 4:00 P.M. to a Closed Session for the following purposes:a. To
give instructions
to its negotiator in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. Negotiations are with Robert Breskin, property is
located at the east side of South Orange, 119 ft. south of Chapman.Item b was deleted.
c. To consider and
take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive
Director or Agency Members prior to such recess, unless the motion to recess indicates
