Chaprrian Aveime, Orange, California. 3:00 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT - Spurgeon, Barrera, Beyer, Coontz, Murphy ABSENT - None 1.1 APPROVAL OF MINUTES - None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Marilyn J. Jensen, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular nteeting of January 18,1994, at Orange Civic Center Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accesSIble to members of the public at least 72 hours before comrnencemel)t of said regular meeting.ACTION: Acceptlld Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.REMOVED AND HEARD SEP ARATEL Y)2.2Authorize the execution, on behalf of the City, of a consultant services agreement between the City of Orange, the Orange Redevelopment Agency, and Braun Ketchum. (RAGR 2184)FISCAL IMP ACT: Public Relations, in the amount not to exceed $55,000.Director Barrera announced he would abstain from this item.Director Coontz commented for future reference there needs to be better communication for directors from the staff as to whether there needs to be a study session scheduled or if the directors need to go directly to committee members for discussions.MOTION - Spurgeon SECOND - Murphy AYES - Spurgeon, Coontz, Beyer, Murphy ABSTAINED- Barrera ACTION: Approved.2.3 Approval of fiscal year 1993-94 appropriations request. REPORTS FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 6.1 Status report on Villa Santiago Apartments. (Continued from 1-11-94.) (R35oo.0.4)The ExecutiveDirector indicated there was nothing to report at this time.
