The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on July 14, 1998
at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.

Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of July 14, 1998 at
Orange Civic Center, Taft Branch Library at 740 E. Taft Avenue, Police facility at 1107
North Batavia, the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board, and summarized on Time-Warner Communications,
all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible
to members ofthe public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.

Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record

1 Report from the Executive Director regarding the City of Orange Economic Development
Strategy and Work Plan. (RC2500.G)SUMMARY:
Long-range strategy and work plan containing guidelines for economic
development and housing programs and activities, and a description of administrative functions
and work products of the Department.
FISCAL IMP ACT: None at present. Programs and activities established to implement the
Strategy and Work Plan will be considered for approval as part ofthe annual budget process.
NOTE: Refer to Council Agenda Item 8.1 for discussion on this item.
