MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING December 9, 1997
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on December 9, 1997 at
4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.

Board and summarized on Time Warner Communications; all of said locations being in
the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement

RESOLUTION NO. ORA-
0338 A Resolution ofthe Orange Redevelopment Agency approving the Agency's continued participation in
a Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the City of Orange and the County of
Orange;and authorizing an application by the County on behalf of the City and the Agency to the
California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation of authority to issue Mortgage Credit
Certificates and the transfer of such allocation to the County of
Orange.
