Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of October 28, 1997 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. SESSION 10.PUBLIC HEARINGS Tape 2592 10.1 REVIEW OF REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR TUSTIN STREET, SOUTHWEST AND NORTHWEST REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Time set for a public hearing to hear testimony of all interested parties for the purpose of reviewing the City's redevelopment plans for the Tustin Street, Southwest and Northwest Redevelopment Project Areas and the corresponding Five-Year Implementation Plan (1994-1999) as required by Health and Safety Code Section 33490(c). (R3500.0) The Project Manager reported State law requires Redevelopment Agencys to adopt an Implementation Plan which describes goals, objectives, programs and expenditures expected to be undertaken within Redevelopment Project Areas for the next five years. State law also requires that the Plan be reviewed at a public hearing between the second and third years ofthe five-year cycle. Approximately 80% of the programs and activities identified in the Plan have either been completed or are near completion. The Agency Board will be asked to consider the adoption of a new Implementation Plan in 1999.
