A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE
ADNSTMENT LL 2003-OS ADNSTING LOT LINES OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT 8300
SERRANO AVENiTE (TENTATIVE TRACT 16610) IN
THE CITY OF ORANGE,COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for
the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one
pazcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of pazcels than
originally existed is not thereby created; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code Sect,ons
1632.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lct
line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works I>epartment and tha
Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approvai of Lot Line
Adjustment No. LL 2003-OS and have made a finding that the real property siriiated at
8300 Serrano Avenue in the City of Orange, Assessor Parcel Nos. 085-581-40, 43 and 49,
described as Parcels 1, 2, and 3 in Exhibit A attached hereto and graphically depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit B, complies with the provisions of the CalifomiaSubdivisionMapActandallapplicableCityofOrangeordinancesandregulations,
including the requirements for building sites; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the
Staff Review Committee have made the following findings:
1.That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line
adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map
Act;
2.That the requirements of the Califomia Environmental Quality
Act have been met;
3.That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements af the
Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL
2003-05, as shown on Exhibits A and B to this Resolution, be approved, and a deed
establishing title in conformity with said parcels be executed; and
BE IT F'IJRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder.
