Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of October 10, 1995 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office ofthe Agency Clerk.PAGE' ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES October 10, 1995 2. CONSENT CALENDAR (Continued) 2.2 Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated September 22 and 26, 1995. ACTION: Approved. 2.3 Authorize Agency staff to release payment in the amount of $200,000 to TRW Information Systems & Services. FISCAL IMPACT: This annual assistance payment is budgeted in the Southwest Project Area Taxable Fund 922-9813-465100-9165. This payment is consistent with the 1995-96 budgeted amount of$2oo,000.Discussion: Paul Cleary, 1505 E. Lincoln, Orange, Chairman of the Orange Economic Development Partnership, commented in favor ofItems2. 3 and 2.4.ACTION: Approved.2.4 Authorize the Executive Director to execute a maximum $150,000 loan to National Cap Company to assist in tenant improvements to property located at 535 West Walnut Avenue in the Northwest Redevelopment Project Area.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds in the amount of$150,000 are available for transfer from Fund 936 1990 Northwest Taxable Notes) to Fund 938 (Northwest Commercial Loan and Grant). The loan number assigned to this project is 938- 0000- 840000- 0000-20032.
