RESOLUTION NO. ORA-
0447 A RESOLUTION OF THE
ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING
THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE
ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2004-2005 AND AUTHORIZING
ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY
OF ORANGE.WHEREAS, the Orange Redevelopment Agency (hereinafter referred to as
the Agency)was duly activated by ordinance and is carrying out its official functions pursuant
to the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et
seq.); and WHEREAS, the Agency is required to present an Annual Report to the
City Council within six (6) months ofthe end of the Agency's fiscal
year; and WHEREAS, the Agency has heretofore prepared its Annual Report for the
fiscal year commencing July 1,2004 and ending June 30, 2005, in the form presented at this
meeting and incorporated herein by reference (the Annual
Report); and WHEREAS, the Agency desires to approve its Annual Report and to submit it to
the City Council of the City of Orange (City Council) for its review, requesting that the
City Council review and approve the Annual Report and authorize and direct the Agency to thereafter
file its Annual Report with the Controller of the State of California within six (6) months of the
end of the Agency's
fiscal year.NOW, THEREFORE, the Orange Redevelopment Agency does hereby
resolve
as follows:1. The Annual Report of the activities of the Agency for Fiscal Year
2004-2005 is true, correct and complete. The Annual Report is hereby
approved as submitted.2. The Clerk of the Agency is hereby authorized and directed to
submit the Annual Report to the City Council and to request that the City Council review and
approve
the Annual Report.3. The City Council is hereby further requested, following its review
and approval of the Annual Report, to authorize and direct the Agency to thereafter file its
Annual Report with the Controller of the State of California within six (6) months of the end of the
Agency'
