My name is Michael Gomez and have owned this apartment for around 17 years. My apartment is located at 360-366 N. Oak St. My apartment is well kept and maintained with long term great tenants. I take pride in our small apartment and have invested in the last 12 months in a new roof, parking lot, major interior upgrades and landscape over the last year. PLAN S I have not seen any plans on this project and if possible would like an opportunity to do so. CO N C ERN S I have spoken to some of the other owners about this and our concern is the location of any building or facilities that would be moved towards our apartments where today there would be no facilities moved close to our buildings from where they are today. That would include the loud car wash hub and of course the line of vacuum areas. This would create and new noise concern we have not ever had. The current location of the car wash hub is very close to Tustin St and therefor send some but minimal sound. The vacuums are located to the north end of the lot and again does not have much sound toward our way. OUR REQ UEST We request that the car wash hub and the vacumms be lovated near where it is today near Tustin St or to the north or south end of their lot and NOT close against the wall that separates our properties. Lastly, a new higher wall would also be beneficial especially to block out new sounds. If it is going to look like many new car washes throughout OC, they will increase the number from a few (3-4 vacuums to over 10) thereby increasing the noise levels. I have seen new car wash walls being built next to residences as high as 15-20 feet with tall shrubs as high all to block sound. I will be happy to send photos. I surely hope my comments can be taken into serious consideration. I am in favor of a new car wash there as it will upgrade the old building on Tustin St. I am available for any questions or clarifications. Thank you! Michael Gomez 949 378-1101
