We have an air bnb in our neighborhood the address is 2217 E Mount Vernon Ave. Parties all the time, police
have been called out several times and owner has been notified. I will attach pictures and videos.the owner
doesn’t care as long as he is making his money. It’s ridiculous. Some of the tenants in June yelled as they were
leaving they were coming back to “spray” the neighborhood. I’ve seen at times 60+ people in that house and that
was just last weekend with the covid. Please put a stop to these places in our quiet neighborhoods. The
fireworks were 1:30 in the morning. Cars parked on the lawn and then arguing with the neighbor. These are all
different people
