Regarding s hort term rentals ,
As a s hort-term renta l, we are very cons cientious and cons iderate of our neig hbors and quite particular
about who we will hos t. We do not allow large g a therings or functions that would be a nuis ance or
inconvenience to anyone around us . All the nei ghbors are aware of the fact of our accommodations and
we have had no neg a ti ve feedback from anyone. It is our hope that the City will not limi t us in our
abiliti es in this reg a rd as this is our main retirement income.
